OYCCIMA, Oyo State Government Hold Strategic Meeting on Oyo State International Trade Fair 2026
The Oyo State Council of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OYCCIMA) on Wednesday, 12 August 2026, held a strategic stakeholder meeting with officials of the Oyo State Ministry of Trade, Investment and Cooperatives as part of ongoing preparations for the Oyo State International Trade Fair 2026.
The meeting brought together representatives of OYCCIMA and the Oyo State Government to deliberate on key areas critical to the successful planning and delivery of a befitting trade fair that will showcase the economic potential, businesses, products and investment opportunities within Oyo State.
Discussions focused on strengthening collaboration between the organised private sector and the government, creating an enabling environment for exhibitors and participants, and ensuring that the 2026 edition delivers meaningful opportunities for businesses, investors, entrepreneurs and the wider economy.
The engagement reaffirmed the shared commitment of OYCCIMA and the Oyo State Government to promoting trade, investment and enterprise development across the state.
